Summary: Stayed in 6 places in Italy at a similar price point and this was greatly overpriced. Similar to an Airbnb as front desk rarely occupied so contact by text though they did answer promptly and some issues were not resolved until the following day. Pleasant manager. Our half used water bottle was put back in fridge instead of replenishing with a new bottle. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain. Only one Powdered coffee provided for the two of us. Coffee spoon left dirty and not cleaned from the day before. Does have a large balcony. Ran out of toilet paper on two occasions. Did not even replace the used paper cups in the bathroom. Mirrors not clean. No towels given on one day. Ironing board but no iron. Location good near a grocery store. Dark, quiet. Plug in for phone in bed frame didn’t work needed to ask for an extension cord to run across room.
