This comfortable holiday home is located in a small and simple holiday park (± 30 homes) on the edge of the little Frisian village of Boijl (± 870 inhabitants). It is fully equipped and perfect for a couple or for a family with (maximum 2) children. There are 2 bicycles available.

Boijl is less than 10 km from the historical ‘Drentse Koloniën van Weldadigheid’ (Drenthe Colonies of Benevolence), which have had the status of Unesco World Heritage since 2021. Frederiksoord, Wilhelminaoord, and a little further away, Veenhuizen: beautiful and very interesting villages.

Boijl is situated in a nicely varied landscape. It is surrounded by Frisian meadows and Drenthe forests. It is located on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold National Park, a beautiful area for walking and cycling. Charming towns such as Diever, Borger, Appelscha and Vledder are also nearby. You can relax in the sauna, beauty and wellness center in Boijl. In Noordwolde (6 km) there are several shops and a supermarket.
