Ideal for golfers and large groups, this attractive, spacious & modern 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with large living room, kitchen, dining room. Comfortably sleeps 10 adults in four double bedrooms (3 can be twins) and one twin bedroom. Can sleep 9 in separate beds to accommodate golf parties. Large drive way to accommodate several cars. Free Wifi in the property and Sky television with Sky Sports. The property has its own entrance on the ground floor and ample parking available on the driveway and in the garage. The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor: 1 twin bedroom with storage and desk. Perfect for guests with mobility requirements. 1 WC on this level. Access out to the patio garden. Large living room, with access to patio area. Family kitchen and dining room. First Floor: 1 master suite with double bed and futon bed suitable for a child, has an adjoining room which can also sleep children so is the perfect space for families, benefits from ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. Summary: As a larger group going away for a weekend, we needed the right place to keep everyone happy, and we could not have been happier with our selection of Dempster Lodge. It has been an amazing place to stay, the house is terrific, the close location to town is perfect, and the service from the ShortStay team has been second to none. We cant thank them enough for looking after us and our needs. Highly recommend this lodge if you are staying in St Andrews, as we will certainly be coming back in the future. Thanks again to everyone involved!!! Nothing to comment here, a perfect stay.
