Positive: Our stay was fine, and the receptionist was very welcoming,we turned up a bit early but he let us check in. Had everything in our room we needed for a nights stay. Will return if travelling to Tewkesbury again.

Negative: The only thing I can say is it needs updating a bit with the decor.
