Positive: Quiet location, spacious rooms friendly helpful staff, view of fields.

Negative: The bath was not clean, the room was stuffy on arrival and automatic air freshners wrre placed in the corridors which i find very unpleasant as they set off my asthma and give me headachs. They also make you automatically think that the place is dirty because they need to pump in air "freshner" so never a good idea to use them. Far better to open the windows in each room to allow fresh air in while rooms are being cleaned.

Summary: Pleasant enough did the job but requires better cleaning
