Positive: The host Mohamed was wonderful, he knows how to treat his guests, he also offers excursions and daytrips from Marrackech at a reasonable price, we booked all of the day trips wirh him , even private ones and we were satisfied. I liked also the design of the apartment, the beds are all very comfortable. You have all you need in the apartment. Also the rooftop terrace ofers a great view and it's private only for the guests in the apartment (but it needs to be cleaner though). With trash cans. The location is top, in the middle of everything you need and more, right next to Bahia Palace, with surveillance. But it is very noisy 24 hours because of the center location.(And because of the windows that you cannot call them windows, they are wooden doors, the wind enters through them easily. They provide earplugs, but you need proficienct ones :))). The owner needs to change the windows if it is possible.

Negative: There are some aspects of the apartment that really need improvement, cleaning is one of them, it needs to be done more efficiently before. We didn't like the fact that in the bathroom the sink does not have warm water, only cold, and something is broken, when you use the water, it falls down in one side of the sink and it falls on your feet everytime!! Maybe some silicone would help to insulate. Also the shower is a little bit tight for some big people :). But all in all we had a great time and i recommend the apartment mostly because of the location and for the host, he can arrange everything and he is always there for everything!
