Positive: I was booked in by a very warm & friendly young lady with loads of personality & a great sense of humour she immediately put me at ease. She set the bar high but to be honest every body I encountered was really friendly and we couldn’t have had a better time at hour hotel, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Negative: Unfortunately we were woken at 05:40 by the for alarm!!! ⏰ 😱 but all things considered the staff apologies were fully appreciated and the breakfast helped the whole thing fade into the background 😋
