NO STEPS at all. Covered parking at your FRONT DOOR. New beds including one memory foam mattress (other bed is traditional Sealy mattress). New designer couch. Also added a 45" UHD TV. We have high speed internet, cable TV, and WiFi. Plantation shutters on windows and tiled bath and kitchen. Gas fireplace with a convenient remote control. New carpets and flooring!

Summary: Appreciate how so many things were within minutes of this condo- restaurants, grocery store, hikes, and the University of Reno Art Building where I took a workshop. Only negatives were no air conditioner (was told most places in this area do not have AC) and mattresses could have been more comfortable. I would stay here again.Thank you Paul for your communications with me quickly when I had questions.
