This apartment is located in the quiet and secured upper St. Andrew area. It is great for couples who are seeking alone time or for persons who are here to enjoy Kingston life. It has a great mountain and garden view and the beautiful city lights can be seen at night.
The space
The apartment has its own entrance with a private patio and includes; complimentary Wi-Fi, an In-Unit washer, and a dryer. The bedroom has a Queen-Size bed with an AC unit and a dresser with a mirror. There is a walk-in closet for storage. The living space has a sectional sofa and a 43-inch smart TV. The home is equipped with Alexa and is voiced operated to turn on living, dining, and bedroom lights. 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen during your stay. We ask our guests not to run the in-unit dryer and electric stove at the same.
Guest access
Guests:
Each guest will be provided with a gate access key upon arrival, and access to the apartment will be provided through smart lock capabilities.
No more than the confirmed or booked guests are allowed to sleep at the home. However, visitors can be accommodated but will have to leave before quiet time starts. All visitors are expected to park on the street. No parties or gatherings are allowed. Violations will result in canceled reservations and guests will be asked to leave the property immediately with a charge to their card.

Early Check-In and/or Early Check Out
To adequately prepare the space for you our guests, we are usually unable to facilitate early check-in and/or late check-out.
Check-In
Check-in is anytime after 3 pm. On the day your reservation begins, check-in instructions can be found in the Reservations Tab after 2:00 pm. All details relating to check-in, wifi password, and house rules are located there.
Check-Out
When you're checking out, you are expected to return the gate access key to the designated area, violation of such will attract a fee of $150. Checking out late is subjected to a fee of a 1-night stay at the then prevailing room rate.
What We Provide
We provide basic linen and supplies to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can expect one sheet per bed, towels (1 Towel and 1 wash cloth per guest), toilet paper, hand soap, pots/pans, kettle, dishes and bowls, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, knives, and a trash bag.
What to Bring
To ensure your stay is personalized we recommend that you bring: bath toiletries, laundry detergent, Specialty kitchen items (Ovenware, tinfoil and etc), additional trash bags, bath towels (if needed).
Supplies:
We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. If housekeeping service is needed during your stay, this can be facilitated for an additional fee.
Other Things to Note:
We do not allow music videos and/or photoshoots.
Smoking/parties/functions and/or events are strictly prohibited.
