Private driveway with parking space for two vehicles (street parking allowed as well) and grassy side yard.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV with FireStick (Netflix, DIsney+, Hulu included). Second bedroom has a queen bed and attached livingroom area with smart TV, futon, kitchinette and dinette. Kitchinette has mini fridge, microwave, coffee makers, tea kettle, basic cooking necesseties and dishes, as well as a plug-in griddle and 2-burner stovetop. Third bedroom includes a full-sized loft bed with desk area underneath and a twin-sized bunk bed. The full bathroom has a deep tub and pedestal sink. Bathroom necesseties provided including soaps, hairdryer, and large fluffy towels.
Air mattress available if needed and can fit in master bedroom or other queen bedroom.
Each bedroom has its own key for the door if extra privacy is desired.
Hosts or other guests may be in the private and separate downstairs living area, so some noise may be expected. The entry to the stairway/upstairs rental is located on the main floor and separated by a sliding wood door and french doors which are both locked on both sides for privacy.
The main level of the home is available for rent in a separate listing, which has a queen bedroom, sofa bed, private hot tub, basement game room, tanning bed, full kitchen, laundry room, and large sunroom with massage chair. Pet-friendly - please add pets while booking to include $50 pet fee.
