Summary: I will start by saying I do not normally give bad reviews. If I have issues with a property, and I stay in a lot, I always reach out to the owner for resolution & never say anything on the review if it gets resolved. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood, & we enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of friends in town for an event. The guys loved the pool table, the dining table was great for the gals to sit & talk, the large couch was great for everyone to hang out, & the layout of the home was perfect. Moving onto the things that didn't sit well with us. I tried to contact the owner when we checked in so he was aware, & then I tried to contact him before writing this review. I have not received a call back, so decided to put it here. I just feel if he is paying for someone to clean the home, he needs to be aware of the concerns so they can be corrected. Most of the beds only had a fitted sheet & spread, with no top sheet. There were dirty towels in the bathroom hamper & not enough towels for everyone, so we did a load of laundry. There was a comforter left in the washer that we had to re-wash & dry because it smelled sour from sitting. There was open food on the counter & dirty dishes in the dishwasher that stunk bad when we opened it. It felt as if the cleaning crew came in quickly, did minimal things & left. Overall, the property was good & I would stay there again, but it just didn't feel 100% clean. Definitely something that can be corrected.
