The space
Our studio offers a king bed and 1 full bath, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 2 people. A welcoming, open floor plan with high-beamed ceilings and plenty of natural light. There is also a patio in the back for your pleasure. Restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, and nature trails are all just a short drive from this ideally located property. Whether it be exploring the mountains, ocean, or downtown Santa Barbara- decamp to our studio for a relaxing movie or games night. This comfy space is equipped with a a flat screen smart TV and a variety of games for your use. We are also equipped with a fully outfitted kitchen, outdoor shower, wet bar, washer/dryer, and Nespresso machine. We can also provide a baby crib in the unit, if requested prior to check-in.
Guest access
The entire studio is yours! There is a fully fenced patio and a bistro table in the back to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee on. You can park on the left side of the driveway and enter the property through the gate directly in front of you. Please do not park the entrance of the driveway as there are guests that stay in the front unit.

Please note the location is in close proximity to the highway. There is a slight road noise when outside.
