The private guesthouse is located in the front of the house. The main bedroom is ready for a great night of sleep on the full bed with private heater in room. The comfy couch in the common space also pulls out into a second bed that could fit one or two comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, spices, appliances like toaster, electric kettle, and more. Vintage style fridge and freezer can hold a whole trip to the grocery store (which is within a 5 minute drive) or all your left overs from the fantastic restaurants Old Colorado City has to offer.
The guesthouse comes with storage for 1 or 2 full time guests including a dresser, hanging rack, cabinets, and bathroom shelves. An apartment sized washer and spin dryer is included in the unit.
