Absolutely clean basement apartment that is totally renovated. We replaced the kitchen with a breakfast area that includes a table, chairs, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Perfect for people who want to eat and snack but not fuss with cooking. The living room has a nice sofa, matching chair and wide screen TV. It is comfortable for your short term stay with more room than most hotels. Driveway parking is included. In a quiet and safe family neighborhood yet only one block to buses which take you to MBTA in 5 minutes with access to all Boston. If driving; downtown Boston, Harvard Square, MIT or Tufts can be reached within 12 minutes, Rt 93 in 2 minutes. Minimum stay 3 nights April-Sep 2022. Summary: It's a very comfortable, neat and convenient place to stay, I met Claudia on my first day and she showed me the way in, a lovely host! We were able to find everything we needed close by and the sites I wanted to see were within short driving distance.
