There is also a twin bed in the upstairs living space. This upscale home offers 6 TV's, wireless internet, satellite TV and is right next to the community pool. Bring the whole family and enjoy a little "Island Time" in this wonderfully decorated vacation home! NO BOATS OR TRAILERS MAY BE PARKED WITHIN VILLAGE WALK. This unit has 2 parking spaces. No garage access.
Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to HOA the rules below:
1) Island Time VW38 provides 2 paved parking spaces in the driveway for 2 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 2 spaces.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW38. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
