Positive: The location of the house is everything,there is no better view from the garden,the sunset is breathtaking,the size of the house is also great.

Negative: It’s very dated,stains on carpets and the kitchen sides and table,there’s a smell of damp inside the kitchen cupboards,the beds in the outdoor facilities both have broken slats underneath,the sofas in the living room are very uncomfortable and in need of replacing,the cleaner had left a note that the glass in the oven door may fall off and a few lightbulbs had gone and could we replace them while we were there then take the bulbs home with you ! And only 2 deckchairs ! The owner did offer to have some delivered while we were there but we had took camping chairs,but a property like that should have outdoor furniture we spent all our time outside…oh and the BBQ was filthy so we didn’t use it.

Summary: The view alone would bring me back but not at that price for the outdated facilities
