Situated on 3.3 acres with 400 feet of lake frontage on Hall's Bay, known for its calm and tranquil water.The layout accommodates large gatherings with ease. A cozy den with a large smart tv, a spacious primary bedroom with views of the lake.The primary bathroom has includes a large soaking tub and steam shower.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with views of the lake and one with views of the garden. There are two full bathrooms. One with a shower and one with a bathtub.
