This cozy (1,122 square foot), charming condo is in a prime location. Walk to most facilities and enjoy the stunning scenery Black Butte offers every time you look outside or venture onto the deck! Perfect for the sunbather or wildlife buff or photographer.
This condo is ideal for experiencing the true ambiance of Black Butte, with its stunning views, wildlife and recreation opportunities and will make for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation for your family.
This is the perfect vacation condo for the small family, couple, or two couples looking for a getaway. Not only are the mountain and lake views spectacular, but the proximity to the Lodge recreation area is within a short walk. The new Lodge Pool, Lakeside Bistro, Playground and Rec Building and Lodge are only minutes down the boardwalk.
Go the opposite direction and there is volleyball, basketball, pickle ball, Robert's Pub and the Big Meadow Pro and gift shop.
The condo has two bedrooms with queen beds, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. There are adjacent full bathrooms also on each floor.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and adjacent dining area. All these areas have wonderful views of the gorgeous scenery outside. There is a queen hide bed in the living room for overflow guests. A small deck is provided for those evening BBQ's and sunbathing.
This wonderful location will make for your perfect home away from home getaway spot. For added features, the condo has air conditioning and is dog friendly! Please advise us if you are bringing a dog(s) (VRBO doesn't list the dog fees of $30/night per dog). You will be required to register your dog(s) and follow our rules governing your dog's stay.
