Summary: Considering the age of this old Spanish Colonial house, one could tell that an owner spent a lot of money on restoration. Where it fell short was;A colony of ants in the kitchenA mouse trap under the bed which suggested a mouse problemPersistent mosquitos and mosquito bitesMold in the washing machine or drierHot water plumbing with very slow heating rather than electric instant heaters for the showersVery inferior TV reception and tuningHowever a very nice and clean neighborhood and friendly neighbors, and a relatively short walk up the hill to the shops and restaurants
