As a second floor apartment surrounded with windows, it really feels like you’re in a treehouse. The location is second to none with amazing choices for dining or entertainment nearby within walking distance. Old Seminole Heights is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Tampa for young families and people alike. There is a culture of food and leisure that will not disappoint the most demanding traveler.
Guests have the entire 910sf 2 bedroom apartment to themselves and some dedicated and shared space on the balcony. There are queen beds in each bedroom with 14 inch memory foam mattresses covered in soft cotton bedding. A Blue Pure 211+ air purifier is provided to ensure that the air within the apartment is always clean and fresh!

-This home was built at the turn of the century and is 100 years old. It is undergoing a gradually paced restoration. During your stay, you may occasionally see some work being done to the exterior or interior of the building or the grounds. Any work done during a guest’s stay WILL be minimally invasive to the guest experience. Guests are encouraged to notify the host immediately for any disturbances related to work on or in the building.
-Some windows and doors may be stiff, and stick or hard to open.- ex. Doors have weatherstripping that cause it to need a little pull when engaging locking or unlocking
-There are also some loose floorboards in a few area and minor imperfections on the floors that should not present a burden

-This apartment is in a building that is the second of 5 homes on a dead end that stops at an interstate. For this reason they are sounds of city life that guests should quickly acclimate to. For those who are particularly sensitive we suggest relocating the Blue Pure air purifier into their room which provides a calming white noise that is adjustable.
