Enjoy this beautiful, well located cottage with an expansive front porch and sunroom. It is situated on the banks of Boundary Creek Marina with a panoramic view and within meters of Maple Beach and Prospect.
It is a located less then a 15 minute walk to the main beach, restaurants, shops, grocery/convenience stores located in the heart of Winnipeg Beach. It is also a 15 minute drive to Gimli.
The Space
This cottage has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has full size bunkbeds, plus a futon in the sunroom. The recently remodelled full bathroom has a tub/shower toilet and sink.
The living room has two couches and a games room with a card table and comes with internet, smart TV, DVD player, boards games and a WII console with games supplied.
It comes with a complete kitchen including a microwave, stove, full size fridge, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans and a water cooler. The dining room seats 6- 8.
Gas BBQ and fire pit for your evening entertainment.
Fresh linen and towels provided

Guests can park on Maple Avenue and access cottage through the front or back.
