Positive: We like to be in loactions that are quiet and private, so this was perfect for us. We could go to small resturants in the area (by car), and was very well guided by the hostess. We aimed for a private pool, it is not big, but a size where we could be in there all five at the same time, and cool off in the warm Italian summer. Our hostess already contacted us right after we did the booking. She was very helpfull with preparing a list of local resturants and events that was going on when we were there. She had prepared a home made lasagne and breakfast cake, so there was some thing to eat, when we arrived in the evening (really good). In the city close by (Fabro), we could do our shopping for groseries. We also took the train to Rome, just 1½ hour, then we were in the center of Rome. Another good thing was the aircon in the rooms, an absolute must in that temperature. We are not interrested in wine, but there was several wine yards in the area.

Negative: There were quite a lot of mosquitos (not to blame the house for that, but could perhaps be a good investment with a good mosquito zapper in the house. Sofa is a bit small if the house is aimed for 6 people, it worked out with five, when sitting very close. One of the beds squeaks when ever you moved in it.
