Summary: House was very clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to get in the house with the keypad, however that was the only time it worked. There was 1 key for the door to the house. The host they confirmed the keypad was not working and that we would have to use the key. When pointing out there was only 1 key they were able to bring us a second one but that was it. There were 10 of us staying in the house all with different agendas and we only had 2 keys. One key had to stay behind if someone was still in the house because the door could only be latched from the inside or the outside using a key. This was a HUGE problem that interfered with our plans a great deal. It also resulted in one person in our party needing to spend one of the nights elsewhere. A/C did not work in one of the apartments and the door lock in that same apartment also did not work. These issues were brought to the attention of the host upon arrival, most important being lack of access. The host said the following day was a holiday so they would not be able to do anything until Friday which we understood. They never came Friday. VRBO reached out to no avail. The host emailed us to say they would be dropping off a 3rd key on Saturday and never did. Would have been happy if the keypad was fixed or we were provided with more keys. Things breaking is unavaoidable, but the failure to even attempt to remedy the issues (mainly access) was disappointing.
