Positive: nice room, clean , tidy and great location...right in front Shopping Mall and public transportation easy access

Negative: sadly, the service incompetence...dinner ordered room service but have to chase it as put the orders quite sometimes and very starving at 9:30pm decided to call room service apparently forgotten my room , so they haven't cook my meals ..finally another 30 minute delivered , the staffs were apologetic and i understand probably not their fault, ..then the next day checkout as by rules they check your room and I was told one pillow case missing 🤣...the insinuation very insulting but I kept my calm, and checked my phone gallery, as most times i takes photos of my accommodation to show to my family, and there in my photo, one pillow no covers..so clearly the pillow case was missing before I entered the room anyhow, paid my bills and off to airport , and had numerous missing calls and messages from the reception apparently the Room Service meals ive ordered in the morning wasn't added to the bills I paid upon checked out and staffs I understandably panicking there's no way I can come bk missing my flight, its 2 hours road travel so have to send relative to go pay it I hope this will be lesson learn, a constructive criticism...the staffs are apologetic and actually kind people, I always dine here in their in-house restaurant amazing food by the way
