Summary: I was expecting complete comfort and rest after the long journey, especially considering the high amount I paid for the room. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was not ready until 5 PM, and the other even later than that?! Just as the hotel charges the full nightly rate if I fail to arrive, they should also commit to refunding the cost of the first night due to their delay in preparing the rooms. What made me remain silent and show a great deal of patience was my appreciation for the hotel staff and their efforts.
