Negative: I can't give any credit to the hotel because on the first day a pair of gold earrings disappeared, with great sentimental value, a memento of my father who died. The staff tried to make me responsible, that I didn't put them in the safe, so there was no problem that they disappeared, in fact they were stolen from the hotel room. The reception told me that they had nothing to do, that they searched the room, on the terrace, everywhere and didn't find them, but that a ring had disappeared once before which, look what, appeared after two months. A kind of science fiction! I can't believe that something like this could happen in a 5-star, very expensive hotel. Everything that happened made me very sad. The whole stay I only thought about my father and the earrings! I guess my comment won't appear on Booking, that's it!
