Positive: We absolutely loved the place and the location. It was in about 7 minutes away from the Vatican city, and there was a bus stop near the house. The area is safe and the house has a parking space. The room is comfortable and warm, the bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The room is in a flat with a couple of more rooms with a shared kitchen, and Alessandra the host, served the breakfast every morning, she was very friendly and welcoming, it was nice to have a small chat over cappuccino with a croissant. She was very helpful, provided all details and tips about the city, she gave us a city map and informed us that the day we were there the Vatican museum was free of charge (every last Sunday of the month), thank you! There are many shops, trattorias and cafes in the area with reasonable prices and the food was delicious and fresh. The bus cost is 1.5 euro. The location of the house is convenient so we walked to the city center, and it is important to note that driving in the city is not recommended, as the city center is extremelt busy and it's hard to find a parking space. So walking is a good option.
