This Home is a 3 bedroom ,2 bath with 1 car garage with 1,500 sq. ft style unit located away on golf fairway. It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view of the pond. This Golf Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, fully furnished kitchen , parking and much more.
This Home has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a 50" flat screen TV .
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a beautiful view of the pond. It comes with updated tile shower and glass doors. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom in the hallway
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.
