This is a beautiful newly remodeled home in North Boulder located right in the course of the famous Bolder Boulder 10K race. A master suite on the second floor with a steam shower and soaking tub. Stunning views of the flatiron mountains. South facing, lots of sunshine, the two kid bedrooms on the first floor are cozy and sweet each with a queen bed. There is a separate tv room and a completely open floor plan with a large kitchen and living room. The backyard has spectacular views of the Flatirons, beautiful back patio with a grill, side burner and professional pizza oven. There is a brand new top of the line 4 person hot tub with 24-7 recirculating water and an inflatable cold plunge. The home is a 20 minute walk to downtown, 20 minute walk to Whole Foods, Target and more. There are 3 parks just minutes walk from our home.**Reservations are for families or related guests only.
