At our spacious, luxurious, and serene home, enjoy the beach or swimming pool daily. Walk out into the garden onto a quiet and picturesque beach. Our home sleeps 14 people. En suite bathrooms are in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Nautical and Rainforest themed decor found throughout. Comfort is key with quality beds and linens. 40 minutes from the San Juan Airport. Whether boogie boarding or kayaking down the river right in your backyard, the villa allows you to see the island’s beauty! Close to so much!
The Space:
Our two story villa has amenities that many Airbnbs cannot provide. Whether using the first floor living area for relaxing, preparing family meals, watching movies, or soaking in the indoor cooling therapy jacuzzi overlooking the beach, there is room and something for everyone to do.
The outdoor lounging and dining area is situated next to the pool. Whether throwing a football, swimming, or grilling out, the sound of the crashing waves and salty ocean breeze brings out the best in all your vacation fun!
Sleeping arrangements are very accommodating to couples or families with children. On the main floor, the sleeping quarters are separate from the living area, allowing for privacy and quiet time. One of the master suites has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The adjacent bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size sleeper sofa, along with an en suite bathroom. The last main floor bedroom has a queen and full size bed. The hallway bathroom serves that bedroom.
On the second floor, the two master suites are majestic. One faces the Atlantic Ocean and the other, the El Yunque Rainforest. Both large quarters have magnificent views, distinguished furnishings, and striking en suite bathrooms. Wake up and walk out onto a grand terrace with extraordinary ocean views. The covered patio with comfortable outdoor furnishings allows for large groups of family and friends to mingle and create memories.
Guest Access:
All the following is accessible to our guests: Pool, beach, grill, shed with 2 paddle boards, 1 kayak, pool floats, boogie boards, children’s puddle jumper life vests, and sand toys.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is on Playa Fortuna, in Luquillo, and is nestled among the vibrant local Puerto Rican homes. A couple small hotels are down the street from our villa. The Carabalí beach bar/restaurant is 3 doors down, and some restaurants and shops, Luquillo Kiosks, are but a 5 minute drive down the road.
Getting Around:
The Villa provides parking for our 14 guests. The gated driveway has ample space for 3-4 vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
Please be ADVISED; Some important things to take note of: There is a fence and gate around the property, however, not around the pool. There is also an indoor jacuzzi that doesn’t have any safety railing or fence.
