This is not a drill. This home is absolute beachfront Mermaid Beach. Top level offers the master bedroom with ensuite, fully self-contained kitchen, spacious lounge, Aircon, dining table and large verandah overlooking the beach and ocean. The balcony offers a large table seating 8 for those balmy nights and fairy floss sunsets. Bottom level entertains the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each with aircon and access to the outdoor area. Did we mention this house is on the beach? Not only is this house beachfront, it is also at the northern end of the prestigious Hedges Avenue with only 100 metres to walk before encountering the parklands and the following fine dining and entertainment precinct of Broadbeach.

Summary: The house is perfectly located with access to the beach and in a fabulous area. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The house needs a lot of TLC, maintenance and a good clean - the BBQ was too dirty to use, some of the lights were not working, the shower downstairs flooded the floor as it was without a door strip. There were a few things missing which would have been great to have for our group - teaspoons, a kettle, cutting boards, a lighter for the gas stove.
