Newly Renovated Beachfront condo in the heart of Luquillo offers amazing views! Direct beach access, private balcony, walk to restaurants, shops, the plaza and a jazz club. 5 min drive to the Kiosks in Luquillo with 45 restaurants, shops & bars! 15 minute drive to El Yunque or Fajardo's beaches. 25 min to Ceiba ferry to Culebra & Vieques, 40 min drive to SJU airport and metro area. This renovated clean space makes for a perfect escape for solo travelers and couples. It is a 24 hour gated facility with security and safe complex and area. You get an assigned parking space for one vehicle, a smaller vehicle is advised the garages are tight spaces.
Brisas Oceana offers a clean modern spacious living area and small bedroom with queen bed. Relax on the private oceanfront balcony, walk beautiful beaches and enjoy local culture. The unit has an oversized inverter air conditioner in the main living area, and ceiling fan in the bedroom for optimal comfort and circulation. The condo is fully stocked with essentials towels, linens, soaps shampoo and conditioner as well as paper goods.
It also has beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels and a cooler for your stay. Iron and ironing board as well, blow dryer and first aid kit.
Maximum guest stay is 2 persons and no children under 12 due to high floor and open balcony.
In the kitchen you will find, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, toaster, microwave, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils as well as basic oils and spices.
The living area has new A/C unit, smart 40in TV with Netflix and Wifi as well as a few board/card games for your enjoyment.
You will have access to the entire space during your stay. There is a laundry room on the ground floor across from the pool that is accessible as well.
Please note the pool and beach are open from 9:00am-6:00pm. Night swimming on our beaches is not recommended and neither have life guards at any hour. Check your guest book for recommendations on restuarants, attractions and for ideal swimming areas.
Sandy Hills has been under renovations beginning 2022 from painting, to balcony repairs and common areas. Our unit is not effected and fully renovated and functional. The buildings are considered dated, however the value for the condo, the view and beach access as well as central location make it all worth it.
You are in walking distance to La Pared & Playa Costa Azul beaches. Boardriders, Machos Bar & Grill, CNote jazz club, the Whistle Stop, Mar Condado clothing shop, Simple Food, and a few other coffee shops. The Kiosks, food shopping, Walgreens and other chain stores are within a 5 minute drive.
Please remember you are visiting a beautiful island with wonderful beaches, rainforest, history and culture. With that also comes (at times) less than accustomed cell and internet service and at times power outages. Usually these outages are quick and restored within hours. In the event of an outage, the main building lights, and elevators do run off of generator system. Summer months many areas do water rationing and select a small window of time to shut water off during our dry seasons to preserve water. This too is only a couple hours a day and may not even go into effect. Most businesses and locals in the area speak English, but be patient with those that may not. It is truly a wonderful island with great people and experiences to explore.
Please note there is a maximum occupancy of 2 guest total per stay, only the two guest are allowed to occupy the space. Additional guest will result in termination of your stay without a refund.
There is one assigned space per booking and it is suggested not to rent a vehicle over 6'0 tall for clearance in the garage. The buildings are currently under renovation and being painted and balcony's replace in certain areas. This unit is secure with no issues. It is a 24 hour gated condominium complex.
There is a strict no pet policy with the exception of service animals we are not accepting pets at this time.
Lost remotes are an additional charge of $75 lost keys $75
This is not a party house or property. Overall relatively quiet. Please be courteous especially between the hours of 9:00pm and 9:00am
