Summary: Great location! It was our first time staying on the bayside, and it really worked out well. We never had trouble parking on beach days, which was something I was concerned about. The pool area is big and there were plenty of chairs and places to park. The townhouse is very nice, but it is a lot of stairs! The unit could have been cleaner but I do understand that there are difficulties finding help and they are working short handed. Vacasa offered to address this but I was already cleaning and just about done. All the people in the complex we encountered were very friendly. I wish I knew linens were included it would have saved a lot of room in the car. It’s a great service to have. Overall it was a great two weeks at Bayville Shores.
