Approximately three miles to the beaches in Fenwick Island and Ocean City, Maryland, this freshly-painted two-story three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath end townhome is nestled in the quiet community of Bayview Landing. Enjoy a master suite on the first floor, a sunroom off of the kitchen and a garage. This home provides a large open floor plan that is great for entertaining guests. Patio at the back of the home with aside walkway from the driveway. There are no amenity fees - enjoy the community pool at no additional cost! Plus, there is plenty of room for the kids to play outside! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Three flatscreen smart TVs, WiFi, gas grill.
