Summary: Owner has poor communcation with confirming rental and when the house were ready for us to enter. Check in was at 4pm I had to contact owner for confirm and information for us to enter the house that was at about 4:40pm. House has gnats threw out the house. We had to purchase raid to try and kill them. Pool need alot of maintenence work. House need to be updated threw out. Two of the bedrooms didn't have a TV in them. One of the bedroom window was sealed with black tape.
