Summary: + Neighborhood really quiet but nevertheless very convenient with the beach in short walking distance and tram station, super market, banks and restaurants nearby. The owners and all staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with daily variety. Comfortable clean and spacious room with complete facilities. Very reasonably priced large offer of drinks in the entrance hall's shared refrigerator. - Walls are thin, you clearly know if your neighbors have small children or dogs. Beds and sofa are extremely soft, two weak and squeaky small folding chairs. Free cosmetic articles consist of two miniature phials with shampoo and body soap (single use for one person). Shared kitchen is only rudimentarily equipped. No guarantee that you can park directly in front of the house. Cash only.
