Positive: The location is great, very close to Colosseum, but in a quiet area. It's the host's house, nice lady. Bedroom and bathroom with a good size. Restaurants, shops, bus stop and metro nearby. As a solo traveler I felt safe walking around.

Negative: It's not allowed to eat in the house or leave something in the fridge. There's no amenities in the bedroom, like a kettle, frigobar or coffee and tea. I think the host could think better about that. It says 'bed and breakfast' but it's not.

Summary: It's good, but should be improved.
