Positive: Daniel is a true gentleman. He was kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was plentiful and varied. The tram stop was an 8 minute walk and they were every 5 or 10 minutes straight to Gent city centre. The guest house is in a very quiet and peaceful area. We had a balcony with views of the gardens and beautiful woods in the back ground. The shower was excellent and we even got to watch the darts live on TV from Blackpool where we came from.

Negative: Spiral, narrow stairs.

Summary: Highly recommended
