Positive: Excellent location and good communication, insofar as they responded fairly quickly to messages.

Negative: More pillows would have been appreciated, the duvet was rather lumpy. There were no batteries in the remote control for the cable.tv box, so the tv in the bedroom did not work. More seriously, it became clear after booking that the hotel had been subject to a data breach, and we were lucky not to be scammed after being contacted by scammers (twice!) asking for credit card details. I think the hotel should have notified guests about the data breach and to avoid responding to any communications that were not received via the booking website. This is a serious matter and I would encourage the property to be more proactive about this in future.
