House Rules:
✦ No smoking inside the property ($350 fine).
✦ Respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM (city ordinance).

✦ Bring up to 2 small dogs (35 lbs or less) with prior approval. Pet fee: $85 ($105 if notified within 48 hours of check-in). Dogs must be crated when left alone, kept off the furniture, and not left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages. No cats allowed.
