Summary: Front desk staff are very nice. Room is clean and comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was yhe hotel doesn't provide shampoo and bath lotion. The bottle of liquid provided in the bathroom was labeled (hand soap). I am a little confused maybe in Germany hand soap and bath lotion are the same? Also the shower water frequently chaned the temperature from cold to extremely hot by itself.
