Summary: Decent hotel, but certainly not for the price tag. “Urban Fee” was a reach. Charging $37 for 2 cans of water a day, free Wi-Fi (?), and other perks that were not well explained. (15% discount on what exactly) Room service runs till 5:00 pm, when checking in and out with my son and several pieces of luggage we were pretty much on our own. I am not sure if they have staff delegated to the front of the lobby to help with directions, bags, etc, but we never saw anyone except for the desk staff. When I had questions and asked one of the 2 or 3 front desk personnel it felt more of a bother to them. Rooms small but we had a balcony, nice if it didn’t rain 3 of the 4 nights. Obviously not their fault. Hallways were narrow and room doors were heavy So lots of unintentional slamming when they shut. It was close to our event space, which is why we chose it and we did not spend much time in hotel except to sleep so it served its purpose. Not family friendly, but not awful.
