Positive: We had a nice time; the property was clean and tidy. Whist an old house, it is well maintained and appeared to have been recently renovated. The compound is small and calm with on street parking but we had no issues finding parking each time we returned. The location is also quite handy, only a few KM to Puy de fou theme park. David was very helpful and understanding, assisting us with the checking in process as we arrived quite late and it took a while to locate the keys. In summary, the property is very clean, quiet and recently renovated / upgraded, with necessary amenities for a good and comfortable family trip. Most importantly, it was exact matche of description on the Ad. We recommend this house and would be happy to be hosted again in the future

Negative: There are few things to be mindful and we think can be improved on. - Only 2 small tissue papers were provided for 5 people, 2 adult and 3 kids, for 3 days stay. That does not make sense, perhaps an oversight. This should be sufficiently provided. - The owners need to do some work in the bathroom that gets waterlogged after each shower, we had to use hands to squeeze soaked floor mat and using it to absorb water as our host did not provide floor mod, which wasn’t funny. So much rules, this meant we were literally on egg shells, in circumstances where we had very young kids. We had to buy plastic utensils to avoid kids breaking glass ones in the property, so we do not have issues getting our deposit back. 😊 - We were mandated to remove bed, pillow, duvets covers and towels, have them placed in a certain place in the bathroom, whereas we met the beds made. - The one we find absurd was the expectation that guest empty bottles at a certain address out of the property considering they might be coming from different countries outside of France therefore not familiar with the city. We believe guest properly separating bins and packed in designated bin bags for disposal, should suffice. Last All along the host were communicating with us in English considering we do not understand French, which was helpful. However, once we sought clarification on their checkout rules and appeared were not comfortable with some. Corentin started responded to us in French. This was very frustrating.

Summary: We had nice time, clean house, great location.
