Positive: The apartment is comfortable and relatively well equipped. It is not very close to the city center, but it is well connected by the U-Bahn and by bus. It is located in a quiet area, but there is not anything interesting around. Therefore, I guess that this apartment may not be suitable for young, fun-loving people.

Negative: I have three serious complaints about the apartment: first, we did not have internet connection; I guess there is such in the facility, but the owner did not tell us anything on that issue nor he gave us the internet password. Anyway, we spent four nights without internet. second, in the late evenings it was pretty cold, but there was no heating in the apartment; once again, the owner did not even inform us on that issue. third, during our stay in the apartment, we met the owner only twice - upon the arrival, when he gave us the keys, and the last night when he required the payment. In the meantime, he did not ask anything about our needs or complaints, did not offer any help or whatever. I've got the impression that he was only interested in getting his money.

Summary: In brief, the apartment is OK, but it did not meet my (decent) expectations.
