Summary: This place is very deceiving. Location is a gated community that is a little run down. The gate instructions were not very clear and a hassle to try to figure out while in an Uber. Room is actually more like a converted garage, attached to the house with no address on it,making it hard to identify. The room appeared like someone lived in it and leaves when you show up. There was foods in the fridge and even a frozen bottle of water that was thawing out in the fridge, so it must have been put in there recently. Booked for 2 people and they had 1 new towel and 2 new washcloths in the room with another towel hanging on a drying rack like it had already been used. Shower had used louffa and shower gel bottle in it which had me concerned if the place had been cleaned since last usage. Carpet on floors in room also looked like they needed a good cleaning. Lots of hair throughout the whole unit from floors to sink. I would not recommend staying here unless it's your last resort. If you only need to sleep somewhere it will suffice. The overall width of this unit is at max 10 feet wide and there is only one light switch in the bedroom that is for kitchen as well. The dividing wall between the 2 rooms has a significant gap so the light from the kitchen shines right in the bedroom. Rental properties need to start being required to have a virtual tour of these places do customers can have a honest view of what their renting!
