We offer a fully equipped small apartment (26 sqm) with its own ground level access in the basement of our apartment building. The apartment is modern and bright with a view of the garden. The location is rural, so you can expect a lot of nature around us.
The apartment is suitable for 3 people, with a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and urinal.
There are free towels and sheets.
You can use the garden and the shared terrace (with grill).
Usually there is always someone in the yard. We appreciate the balance between contact and privacy with our guests.
First of all, we live on a former farm, which is located on the outskirts. Accordingly, when you leave our apartment, you are immediately in nature. If you want to do something other than walking, you need a bike or car (buses run every hour from Monday to Saturday from the very close stop). However, within 500m there is a riding stable with courses for children and a private fishing pond, where the rod can be cast without a fishing license. There is also a small supermarket with the most important things and a pub (no food). A playground is located directly at the nearby village community center. In the neighborhood there is the possibility to book wellness massages ("DSD Competence Center" in the social network of Mark Zuckerberg). In the next town (Aerzen = 6km) you will find everything you need to live: doctor, pharmacy, large supermarket, petrol station, bakery, indoor and outdoor pool, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course nearby. The next small airfield is about 12km away. In Hameln, the city of the world-famous Pied Piper, there are museums, a cinema, a marina, theater, bowling and nightlife. As leisure activities there are a climbing park, a trolley track, a wellness bath, a summer toboggan run, an animal park, an adventure farm with Fairtrade farm shop, natural monuments (external stones) and beautiful hiking trails. The famous Weser Cycle Path can be reached by bike in half an hour.
The best way to get there is by car, but there is also a bus stop in front of the house, from where you can get to Hameln every hour and from there take the S-Bahn to Hanover / Airport.
We are happy to provide you with breakfast eggs from our own free-range chickens. Coffee and tea to cook yourself are available. Those who are experienced riders may want to go on a guided ride. Everyone else has the opportunity to take a guided donkey hike. There is of course satellite television with a large LED television and free internet via WLAN with sufficient bandwidth.
