Our vacation home is in an idyllic location between Aichstetten and Leutkirch in the beautiful Allgäu region.
Whether you want to enjoy Lake Constance while swimming, surfing or canoeing, the Allgäu mountains while hiking, climbing or cycling, or other sights nearby - you can experience all of this in close proximity from our vacation apartments at Biberdamm as a starting point.

The modern house with two vacation apartments was completed in spring 2017. It is bright, friendly and modernly furnished.
Our apartment "Biber 1" has a considerable size of 99 m². Perfect for anyone who likes to have some space around them. The apartment has a large living-dining room with fitted kitchen, which is equipped with an electric stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. A large couch in front of the flat-screen TV invites you to relax and unwind. There are a total of two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The bathroom with WC is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer and waterfall shower. The apartment also has underfloor heating and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are also provided.
Our apartments are also suitable for our youngest guests. In the spacious rooms and also the wide area in front of the front door is enough space to play, romp, explore, relax & retreat.
The apartment "Biber 1" is barrier-free, so that people with physical disabilities can also spend their vacation with us without any problems.
There are free parking spaces for you directly in front of our vacation home.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our house, but you will find optimal accommodation for your pet in Aichstetten at the T.& S. Hundeschule - Pension or at the Tier-Service-Zentrum Bad Waldsee.
The vacation apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in the fresh air.
We rent our apartment to 1-4 persons. On request, groups of up to 8 people (spread over both apartments) can be accommodated. We only accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights.
