The property is located in one of the safest areas of Belize City, only 15 minutes to the International Airport & 10 minutes to downtown. It offers air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and a cozy patio. There is a corner store, a Bakery, and several restaurants just a 10-minute walk away.
Stay with us to visit popular tourist attractions like the Mayan ruins, cave-tubing, zip-lining, waterfalls, the zoo, and more! Remember to reserve a snorkeling tour to the reef or enjoy a day trip to one of the islands!
Each unit has access to a patio, a private kitchen within the unit with a microwave, cooktop, fridge, coffee maker, and toaster; a private bathroom with hot water. The apartment has a smart TV connected to Netflix, 130 channels, YouTube, and fast wifi. We supply bed linens, towels, filtered water, coffee, sugar, tea, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.
PARKING:
Please note that we only offer street parking. The area is well-lit at night by a street light that illuminates the road and parked vehicles, so there is no need to be concerned about safety. We also park our vehicles on the street every night.
THE PROPERTY:
Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is meant for all our guests and serves as our lobby area.
We are currently renovating our yard, fence, and landscape. We are also adding another unit at the back and an outdoor kitchen for our guests. This work is not loud and does not happen every day. It is always finished before 5 pm. We want our guests to be aware of this in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry service is available on the premises for an additional fee, Monday through Friday. Clean towels and bed linen are provided to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can also provide beach towels.
PETS: We welcome stays with your lovely furry friend, however, there is a pet fee of US$30 per stay to cover extra cleaning.
BIKES:
Our bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be used free of charge. You can use them to explore the city or for grocery shopping/food pickup!
