Spacious, bright 4½-room duplex apartment on the 2nd floor/ground floor, with gallery, in a quiet location with beautiful lake and mountain views. Bright living and dining room with balcony and view of the Corvatsch. Closed kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath, WC, sink and bidet. Two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a bathroom with shower and WC. On the open gallery there is another living room with sofas, TV, desk and a bathroom with shower and WC. Own washing machine. Two parking spaces in the garage. Ski room for shared use. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Tretscha is situated in the area of Üerts, on the edge of the village centre of Champfèr, in a quiet location. Cross-country skiing trails, hiking and cycling paths are in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop, children's playground and grocery shops can be found in the village, about 5 minutes' walk away. The Hotel Europa with restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room and a large terrace with sun loungers is also in the immediate vicinity. Cable car, tennis courts and surfing facilities are approx. 3 km away. Champfèr is approx. 2 km from St. Moritz and from Silvaplana.
