The cosy apartment 1 is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Grassau and boasts an unobstructed and wonderful view of the mountains. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a couch seating area, which is additionally equipped with a second double bed. Furthermore the apartment has a well equipped fitted kitchen as well as a newly renovated barrier-free bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and thus offers space for 4 persons.
